|
| As part of Shasta 2011, the EDC five year strategic plan, the retention and expansion of existing industries is extremely important. The function of our program is for our Program Manager Mary Cox, to contact existing primary industries on an annual basis, establish a relationship and complete a brief survey. The report is a compilation of data from 74 surveys that were completed with companies from around Shasta County. Over the years, as we continue this process, we hope to be able to track trends and issues and provide the opportunity through our contact to help solve problems and ultimately help local companies expand and create more employment for local residents. |
