Watercraft that Push the Limits of Aquabatics
Rob Innes and Dan Piazza founded Innespace Productions, a design and development company specializing in high performance submersible watercraft, in 1997.
Although Innespace has been in the spotlight for several years, public interest in their unique vessels has peaked only recently. The versatility of the vessels makes them perfect for many climates and waterways, and the immense public appeal makes them especially suitable for marketing and promotional uses, which includes racing and demonstration events. Consequently, Innespace has expanded their production capacity to meet the increased demands of the recreation market.

Shasta County: The Preferred Business Location
Co-Owner Dan Piazza says the benefits of doing business in Shasta County are:
1. Two lakes are located within 15 minutes of the design shop,
2. Permitting and Regulatory compliance allows for ease of expansion, and
3. Transportation via I-5 makes shipping to international clients convenient.
Dan also points out that the tax credits (Enterprise Zone, Work Opportunity Tax Credit and other federal incentives) have been a bonus for their company, allowing them to hire more staff and grow their business. Support from Shasta County Economic Development Corporation, including assistance with the application process for these credits, has been a tremendous benefit to Innespace.
In addition to these services, the EDC has assisted Innespace with their expansion to a larger facility located off Airport Road, which they will occupy within the month.
