The State of California purchases a wide variety of goods and services ranging from pencils to temporary labor. Annual purchases total almost $8 billion. The Procurement Division (PD) is the central purchasing authority for the State of California.

The California State Contracts Register (CSCR) is one central information source for state contracting opportunities. Potential bidders can view and download bid opportunities directly from this site.
Federal Contracting
The federal government also offers vendor opportunities on their website www.fbo.gov. To register simply click on “Getting Started” at the top of the screen. You also may search federal opportunities at any time without having a login in simply by clicking on “Opportunities” at the top of the screen.
